The Field Caregiver & Office Support Specialist plays a vital dual role in keeping operations smooth and client care seamless. This hybrid position bridges desk operations and direct home care, dividing time between administrative support in the office and floating to cover caregiving shifts in the field as needed.

Duties Can Include:

  • Act as a reliable "float" caregiver to cover scheduled time off, last-minute cancellations, or emergency shifts.
  • Provide direct non-medical care in client homes, including personal care assistance, companionship, meal preparation, light housekeeping, and medication reminders.
  • Perform client introductory visits or help shadow-train new caregivers on complex cases.
  • Answer incoming office phones, take intake details, and direct calls to appropriate team members.
  • Assist with caregiver recruitment, including scheduling interviews, compiling onboarding packets, and checking references.
  • Maintain digital client and caregiver files in compliance with state regulations and company standards.
  • Support weekly scheduling by confirming open shifts, tracking caregiver availability, and assisting with calendar updates.
Qualifications:

  • Age 21 or older
  • Possess a valid driver's license, valid auto insurance, and reliable personal vehicle required for traveling to client homes.
  • CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant) or HHA (Home Health Aide) certification preferred, or equivalent field experience. 
  • Minimum 1–2 years of hands-on professional caregiving experience required; 1+ years of general office administration, customer service, or healthcare scheduling preferred. 
  • Proficiency with office software (Word, Excel, Google Workspace) and willingness to learn home care scheduling/documentation software. 
  • Exceptional communication, strong organization, adaptability, and a compassionate attitude toward clients and family caregivers. 

Please Note: You will not work with ARIS at home as a certified nursing assistant (CNA, C.N.A.), but as one of the following: caregiver, companion, personal care attendant, home care caregiver, homemaker
Compensation: $42,000.00 per year
